The short version: Aufstieg der Bananen (Rise of the Bananas) collects no data at all. There are no accounts, no ads and no analytics, and the game itself never talks to the internet (only Apple’s App Store does, when you buy the full version). Your save game stays on your device.
What the game stores, and where
Your progress (Golden Bananas, coins, abilities) and your settings (music, sounds, language) are stored locally on your device. They are included in your normal device backups (iCloud or computer backups managed by Apple), which I have no access to. Deleting the app deletes the save game. There is no account, no sign-in, and no server of mine anywhere.
Purchases
The first two islands are free. The full version is a one-time purchase through Apple’s App Store. Apple handles the payment and confirms the purchase to the app on your device. I receive no payment details and no personal information about you. Apple’s privacy policy applies to the purchase.
What the game does not do
No ads, no analytics, no tracking SDKs, no crash-reporting SDKs, no social logins, no contact access, no location access, no camera or microphone. The game contains no third-party code that sends data anywhere.
Children
The game was designed together with a 12-year-old and is meant for kids and families. Because it collects nothing, no profile is built about anyone. Before any purchase, the game shows a math question meant for grown-ups.
Changes
If a future version of the game ever changes any of the above, this policy will be updated before that version ships, with the date at the top reflecting the change.

Was das Spiel speichert, und wo
Dein Fortschritt (Goldene Bananen, Münzen, Fähigkeiten) und deine Einstellungen (Musik, Geräusche, Sprache) werden nur auf deinem Gerät gespeichert. Sie sind in deinen normalen Gerätebackups enthalten (iCloud oder Backups am Computer, verwaltet von Apple), auf die ich keinen Zugriff habe. Wenn du die App löschst, ist auch der Spielstand weg. Es gibt kein Konto, keine Anmeldung und keinen Server von mir.
Käufe
Die ersten beiden Inseln sind gratis. Die Vollversion ist ein einmaliger Kauf über den App Store von Apple. Apple wickelt die Zahlung ab und bestätigt den Kauf der App auf deinem Gerät. Ich bekomme keine Zahlungsdaten und keine Informationen über deine Person. Für den Kauf gilt die Datenschutzrichtlinie von Apple.
Was das Spiel nicht tut
Keine Werbung, keine Analyse, keine Tracking-SDKs, keine Absturzberichte an Dritte, keine Logins über soziale Netzwerke, kein Zugriff auf Kontakte, Standort, Kamera oder Mikrofon. Das Spiel enthält keinen Code von Drittanbietern, der Daten irgendwohin sendet.

Das Spiel wurde gemeinsam mit einem 12-Jährigen entworfen und ist für Kinder und Familien gedacht. Weil es nichts sammelt, entsteht über niemanden ein Profil. Vor einem Kauf zeigt das Spiel eine Rechenaufgabe für Erwachsene.
Änderungen
